September Docklands Open House Day

Next Docklands Open House Day on September 16th

Dublin Docklands comprises unique and diverse neighbourhoods, with a wide variety of accommodation offerings at different price levels. Aimed at showing off these neighbourhoods and residential developments, Docklands Open House Day will take place on Saturday, September 16th. An initiative of estate agents Owen Reilly, the firm’s Docklands listings will be on open view from 11am to 1pm.

Properties on open view will range from a one-bedroom apartment at The Waterside, at Grand Canal Dock, priced at €260,000, to a two-bedroom apartment at Spencer Dock in the IFSC, priced at €450,000, to a three-bedroom apartment on Barrow Street (Google HQ), priced at €650,000 and another priced at €895,000, on the twelfth floor of Millennium Tower (still Ireland’s tallest residential building) at Grand Canal Basin. Information about Docklands Open House Day is on the Owen Reilly website.

Estate agent Owen Reilly has lived in Docklands since 2006 and opened his estate agency in 2008 at Grand Canal Dock. With a unique insight into and enthusiasm for the Docklands neighbourhood, Owen Reilly and his colleagues were motivated to arrange Docklands Open House Day as a result of the great interest in Docklands and the many questions they are asked about all aspects of buying property in the area. Owen Reilly says: “We perceive an appetite for information about Docklands and this is one way in which we think we can help.”

Between 11am and 1pm homes all over Docklands will be on open view – an opportunity to see individual properties and developments – and to ask the estate agents everything you ever wanted to know about Docklands.
